Protein?

In this free post I am going to examine the best type of protein that one can take to maximize muscle growth. There are a lot of different supplements on the market today, that promise that the will get you "Jacked". But not all can be the best, can they? whale looking at website on the internet I found this great video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4PWtJgE0jqI. It begins by stating that protein power is extremely helpful after a work out. The amino acids in the protein help muscles recover and shorten down time. next it explains that Whey Protein is the best for muscle grow/recovery. There are two different forms of Whey concentrate and isolate. the only difference in these two forms of Whey are that concentrate contains 80% protein and isolate is at least 90%. Next it explains how to dertermine the protein percentage. it then proceeds to explain that you want your protein to contain a minimal amount of carbohydrates. although you want some carbohydrates, a mix between slow and fast feeding .

  1. As someone who lifts weights often, I found this to be very interesting. I have always been advised to consume copious amounts of protein after working out. This post, however, informed me of the different kinds of protein as well as the biology behind protein and its efficacy. The information on limiting carbohydrates was also new to me. Overall, this is concise and well written. I look forward to your future entries.
